Terms and Service for Tour Van Rental

Welcome to Stagecoach Touring! By renting a tour van from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a tour van from Stagecoach Touring, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License: Renters must possess a valid driver's license at the time of booking. A copy of the license will be required.
  • Proof of Insurance: Renters must have valid vehicle insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Additional fees may apply for optional services and equipment.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking date.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking date will receive a full refund.

4. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins at the time specified in your booking confirmation and ends at the agreed return time.
  • Late returns may incur additional fees.

5. Use of Vehicle

  • The vehicle must be operated by an authorized driver listed on the rental agreement.
  • Renters agree to use the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, complying with all local laws and regulations.

6. Damage and Liability

  • Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Stagecoach Touring is not liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the vehicle.

7. Indemnification

  • Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stagecoach Touring, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the vehicle.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Stagecoach Touring reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
